Participation Terms & Data Consent
By registering for the CVC | Open Innovation Summit, you agree to the following:
1. Photo, Video, and Audio Recordings
Photos, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the event.
You consent to the use of this material by the organizers for documentation and communication purposes, including on the Summit website, in reports, and in future event-related materials.
You may withdraw your consent at any time or inform us on-site if you do not wish to appear in recordings.
2. Name and Professional Information
Your name, title, company, and participation may be included in participant overviews and event-related materials, and may be shared with other approved attendees to facilitate exchange before, during, and after the Summit.
3. Data Processing
Your personal data will be processed by the organizers for the purpose of planning, conducting, communicating about, and following up on the event, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
Your data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
4. Participant List Sharing
A curated participant list, including name, title, and company, may be shared among confirmed attendees.
5. Chatham House Rule
All sessions are held under the Chatham House Rule. Information shared may be used, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of participants may be disclosed without permission.
6. Summit Follow-Up and Related Communications
As part of the Summit follow-up, the organizers may share selected Summit insights, event-related updates, participant information, reports, and follow-up opportunities with approved participants.
