Terms
The CVC | Open Innovation Summit is operated by Futur System Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the Platform). By using this website or participating in Platform activities, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose & Participation
The Platform brings together leaders across industry, capital, innovation, and strategy through curated gatherings, working groups, research, and related activities.
Registration does not guarantee participation. The Platform may approve, decline, or restrict participation to protect the quality, integrity, and purpose of the community.
Information shared through the Platform is for general informational purposes and does not constitute investment, legal, or financial advice.
2. Community Principles
The Platform is built on trust, reciprocity, confidentiality, and contribution.
Participants are expected to respect the room, contribute before extracting value, avoid unsolicited selling or systematic lead generation, and acknowledge the people who make introductions and opportunities possible.
Honor the chain of connection.
3. Connections & Value Created
If a connection originating through the Platform leads to a meaningful investment, commercial engagement, partnership, collaboration, or other material outcome, participants are asked to inform the Platform and acknowledge the people who helped create the connection.
The Platform does not generally charge transaction or introduction fees. Where Platform relationships contribute to substantial commercial value, parties may be invited to make an appropriate contribution supporting the Platform and its independent mission.
Any required commercial contribution or fee will be agreed separately in writing and in accordance with applicable law.
4. Non-Commercial Environment
Platform activities are trusted working environments, not sales or lead-generation events.
Participants may not systematically extract participant information, conduct unsolicited mass outreach, misuse introductions, share participant information without permission, or misrepresent an endorsement or association with the Platform.
Legitimate relationships and business between participants are encouraged. We ask that they are pursued respectfully and in the spirit of reciprocity on which the community is built.
5. Confidentiality, Content & Community Protection
Certain activities may operate under the Chatham House Rule or additional confidentiality guidelines. Participants are expected to respect these requirements.
Participants retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property. The Platform may use aggregated and non-attributed insights from its activities in research, white papers, and other publications.
The Platform may restrict or exclude individuals or organizations whose conduct materially undermines confidentiality, trust, reciprocity, or the non-commercial character of the community. Serious misuse of confidential information, participant data, Platform intellectual property, or other protected rights may result in further remedies available under applicable law.
6. Liability, Governing Law & Contact
The Platform facilitates relationships and exchange but does not endorse or guarantee participants, investments, transactions, opportunities, or outcomes. Participants are responsible for their own due diligence and decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for losses arising from Platform content, participant interactions, third-party services, or resulting commercial or investment decisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves.
